About the RoleNN Group is strengthening its IT Service Delivery capabilities, a strategic function that guarantees reliable, secure, and compliant IT services supporting our business domains (Finance, Risk, etc.). We are looking for a Technical Service Manager with a proactive and technical mindset to oversee and improve our IT services within a dynamic enterprise environment. What are you going to doManage end-to-end IT services and IT chains, ensuring alignment with ITIL principles​Act as the connecting link between business partners, functional administrators, engineers, and suppliersDesign and maintain User Access Management processes, including roles, authorizations, and access reviewsAdvise on and support MFA, SSO, and identity integrationsCoordinate, improve, and automate IT General Controls (ITGC), fostering compliance and effective risk managementEnsure that SLAs and IT General Controls are adhered to; drive incident handling, root cause analysis, and service improvements​Safeguard timely execution of Lifecycle Management and promote continuous improvement of IT services​Collaborate with teams to deliver secure and reliable Azure and AWS-based solutions, focusing on security, continuity, backup, and recoveryIdentify and realize opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements within service management processes What We OfferThe opportunity to be seen as a technical expert and trusted advisor within energetic, cross-functional teams​Collaboration with colleagues from internal audit, functional management, and multiple business domains​A diverse range of IT and compliance challenges—including hands-on support and technical improvements​Guidance and knowledge‑sharing from senior IT, security, and service delivery colleagues​A team environment valuing flexibility, responsibility, and open communication What we expect from youA completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree​Strong interest and proven experience in IT Service Management, complemented by a technical mindsetExperience in, or strong affinity with, the functional/application management domainSolid understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and configuration management​Experience with User Access Management, authorization concepts, and identity & access controlsExperience with IT General Controls (ITGC), ideally including automationHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, or a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area​Familiarity with service management and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or Power BI​Knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA)Affinity with automation and AI, and the ability to apply these concepts in service and control contextsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments Perks of joining NNTo a large extent, we give you the flexibility to work where you feel most comfortable, whether in the office or from home.
